I have been a horse owner, and grew up in vista, at one point delivering "The Vista Press" on horseback and want to keep equine properties where appropriate. Currently, the zoning law regarding the MUPs is unfair. We can use COMMON SENSE to balance planning, business and agriculture uses. and NOT JUST DECIDE THIS ISSUE BY HOW MUCH MONEY THE CITY CAN GENERATE IN REVENUES FROM REZONING PROPERTIES AGAINST THE WISHES OF THE RESIDENTS!!!!
