HMGS is in the midst of a financial and ethical contaversary that threatens the future of the organization. It is quite apparent that the present board has not been forthcoming and is unwilling to be transparent in its dealings with its memebership. Infighting among the BOD has rendered it incapable of effectively dealing with the situation. A cloud of suspicion and mistrust surrounds the present board. In the best interest of the membership and the HMGS the board is called upon to resign.
