Stop Energy Rate Rise |

We the undersigned would like to protest against the recent Avista energy rate rise in Eastern Washington.
The rise, which effective date Jan 1 2009 is approved by the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Committee (WUTC).
The rise is not something that the resident want during this hard time and would like to ask the Governor Christine Gregoire to take action upon the rate hike of Avista Energy and postpone such plan until 2011.
Please sign this petition to let the Governor know that we totally oppose the energy rate increase in Washington.
