People On SSI Should Pay Child Support

We, the undersigned would like to call this petition against those people with SSI but do not pay for their child support.
The law says that the biological fathers who are in Social Security Income do not have to pay for their children's support but the other side (the adopter) must pay for the child welfare. This law doesn't make any sense and it is totally unfair.
People who are on SSI should have to pay the child support too.
