Introduce Social Welfare Systems In Poor Countries

We, the undersigned would like to propose a more comprehensive solution to to poor countries that requires GLOBAL social welfare systems that caters the basic needs such as food, accommodations, clothing, education and health).

Many countries are left behind because of the slow economy and technology development in these countries. The rich countries should help the poor countries to minimize the big gap between poor and rich.

We have to address this issue to the world government to establish a permanent social welfare system in every region.
