More School Funding & Good Quality Education Materials

My young brother's educational programs are actually funded by No Child Left Behind Act. However when I go to school and use our poorly designed text books that are stapled and pages falling apart, because the school budget was cut down by 10%!

School should have enough funding in order to provide good quality material as well as the teaching methods.
