Road Bumps Needed Around School and Business Areas

There should be enough speed bumps near school and business areas. It is very disturbing when we hear the annoying speeding sound of the fast cars passing by, it not only distracts the students but also threatens other people's life and their cars.

We need speed bumps to stop these noises/speed so that the students can study in a peaceful environment and the business men in New York streets can park their cars safely!
