Puppy Hacker Should Be Punished Seriously
Petitioning: Mackay Magistrate's Court
Petitioner: Brooke Laferty started on February 3, 2009
Everyone is shocked, including the Hardened police offers, by the inhuman and brutal kill of a 7-month old fox terrier puppy in Mackay.
The process of slaying and decapitating of the puppy legs and nose was captured by a mobile phone.
The maximum penalty of such offence is $75,000 or two years in jail. However, the maximum handed out so far is only 4-month jail term.
This man should deserve more than 1 year jail term in Australia for his disgusted and sickening action!
