Adoption of an internet based America's Arts Policy and Strategy

This is a petition request for the adoption of a policy and strategy in the development and support of internet based arts activities and organizations.

The petitioner suggests that through communication with internet activities based here in America, there is indifference and hostility from established Arts authorities towards internet based arts organizations. This stands in stark contrast to the norm of active support established in most developed countries.
