Pennsylvania Vehicle Warning Light Laws

I believe the State of Pennsylvania needs to take a look at their lighting laws for emergency vehicles, due to the fact that there are bigger, better, and brighter lights out their now. Also there is more traffic on the roadways now, and people do not want to pull off to the right side of the road for you anymore. It needs to be addressed that you are required to pull off of the roadway for a flashing or revolving light, not just a "courtesy light" anymore, with the exception of amber, and with a light you should have an audible warning device also, even if it is just an electronic air horn.
