Whereas, TWU Assistant ATD Director Bob Gless is paid $182,000 by the membership for representation, he repeatedly promotes a pro-management agenda;
Whereas, fuel prices are at a 3-month low, Bob Gless continues to cite fuel cost and an imaginary AA bankruptcy to sabotage collective bargaining;
Whereas, Bob Gless states members need to lower their expectation in collective bargaining, he lives a life of opulence with a waterfront house, boat, and a Union furnished car;
Whereas, Bob Gless deliberately avoids contact with the very members he serves;
Resolved, That the TWU-ATD membership has no confidence in Bob Gless.
