Medical Welfare For The Foreign Workers

We, the undersigned would like to propose a change on the current health welfare for the foreign workers.

Most of the foreign workers in Malaysia do not get proper medical welfare as most of the government hospitals and clinic charge a high fee for every visit just because they are foreigners. The foreign workers in the construction industry earning only RM600 - RM1000 which is equivalent to USD180 - USD300. When they are sick they dare not to go to the clinic or the hospitals thus leading more serious health problem or death.

The foreign workers should get the same welfare as the local people to ensure they are health and safe during their contract period.
