This petition is against the Government's exemption of the Marital Rape in Pennsylvania.

We the undersigned strongly feel that every woman has her right to protect herself and put herself in safe upon marriage.

Marital rape is against a woman's will and should be illegal and criminal, and this should not be exempted by law.

We urge the Pennsylvania legislature to completely remove the marital rape exemption immediately.
