"Please Don'y Drink and Drive in Memory of Kindle Smith", this sign should be kept permanently by the government as it brings the message to everyone on the road about drink-and-drive accidents.
Kindle Smith was killed by a drunk drive on Feb 23 last year and the sign was place just at her car crash site. The Memorial Sign Program is setup by the Texas Department of Transportation.
However, this sign will be removed after 1 year. We do not want to remove this sign because it creates public awareness. We the undersigned would like to keep this sign permanent!
