No More Bank Insufficient Fund Fees

All American cannot put up with "Insufficient Fund" fees from the banks! These fees are applied when the consumers use the credit card or debit card directly from banks to purchase goods.

There should be no such fees as many consumers are struggling to live but the banks are asking more and more money from the customers!

I purchase a shirt last month at $30 but the statement came out $130 because I only spent $30. This is absurd!

We would rather to have the bank system declines the transaction if we do not have sufficient spending fund.

This system should be proposed right now during the economy crisis. Let the consumer spends in a good way while keeping a longlasting business relationship with the bank. Isn't it a win-win situation?
