Discharge of a Repairing Standard Enforcement Order

There is an urgent need to amend all relevant legislation to ensure that it is the Rented Residents Housing Board, and not the private tenant, that is cited as respondent/defender in any appeal by a private owner/landlord to discharge a Repairing Standard Enforcement Order.
