There's a lot of talk these days about "green collar" jobs - that they are the answer to our ailing economy as well as global warming. Well, it's time we start seeing these jobs in action.

We need every governor in the country to be aware of what EDF is doing. And we need to encourage them to promote capping carbon as a way of incentivizing these low-carbon companies.
