Tom Waits' "Big Time" needs to be added the Criterion Collection.

In this bizarre and captivating performance, singer-songwriter and actor Tom Waits weaves together concert footage with a variety of inventive scenarios in which he assumes quirky personalities, including a ticket seller and a comedian. A highly original creation full of surprises, this intriguing showcase features music from the Waits albums "Frank's Wild Years," "Rain Dogs" and "Swordfishtrombones."

The Criterion Collection being dedicated to gathering the greatest films from around the world and publishing them in editions of the highest technical quality, with supplemental features that enhance the appreciation of the art of film it is clear 'Big Time' needs to be part of it.

I support this petition. Big Time is the greatest concert film of all time, and having a Criterion release would give it the badass treatment and recognition it deserves. Not only are the performances great, but Tom's banter and random acted bits make this a truly memorable, original film!
