That is incredible and unfair that I am announced father by default but in fact I do not even know where this woman from.

Philadelphia and Montgomery county sent me a letter that I am a father to this kid. There is a woman who have been disturbing me for years and she stole my ID and social security number then got pregnant and blame it on me.

I went to the courthouse, but I was not even given a pat test. Then I was away for business trip and came back that to know that I am the father by default!

What kind of law is this?

We have to stop the Father By Default Law! It is not even a law! Where are the proof?!
