We the undersigned now calling for a petition against hypocrisy of "Art Will" employment by a Trade Union. We want to bring this attention to the Teamster President Hoffa to enforce the employment rights to remove the IBT "Art Will" employment policy and should negotiate a CBA with every worker. No employee should be discriminated by the union affiliate and the company should retain the employee based on the seniority and job performance.

Everyone is equal and should be treated fairly.
