D11 Teachers Cut

This petition is to stop some of the money cuts from D11 from going to teachers. We need the teachers the most, so cutting them out of the "system" is completely unfair. I am writing this as a Scholar, and would love to change this. I am trying to collect as many signatures as I can, whether or not they are from scholars from D11 or not. Thank you.
