I do NOT support this idea. I've been getting help with these guys since back early 90's. They don't get paid a red cent and they provide a friendly decent service. I would probably pay THEM to improve the service, poor guys had to take room from their laundry to accommodate for Chilean stuff.
On the other hand I question our government 's decision not to invest any energy to improve its image abroad, in one of USA biggest cities.
As far as representing the culture and making events more chileno, I've been to couple of these events and I've been impressed by how good of a job we do to represent our culture(Classist, Cynical, insecure,Upstart-Self-important, presumptuous). Feels like the pervading attitude of personal exchange is toward the self to the expense of the interest of the other to very few exceptions. We have so much potential as people and do nothing. Sorry for the rant but I'm disappointed by the community here in Boston and not because their Spanish skills are less than desirable to my ears but for the unwillingness to let go of the pettiness of classism, cynicism and bitterness.

I DO NOT support this petition. In fact, not only I refuse to be a part of this act of ignorance, and I dare for the people who believe that these two gentlemen should be removed from their duties to come forward with something other than their first names. Then people wonder why is it that Chileans are not as close together as other immigrant communities. I think I can state with a high level of confidence that NO CHILEAN would ever be willing to provide the services these two gentlemen extend to us without a fixed salary. Well, they DO NOT have one. They are courteous, highly effective, very accommodating with last minute requests, they remember you and your family members, treat you respect and dignity and even though they were not born in Chile, they know more about our culture, our traditions, our history and to some people, they know more about our language (which they DO speak very well if you ask me and/or ANYONE who goes to see them) than most Chileans in the state of Massachusetts. I have been going to them for 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond to help me and my family. It is this way that I, Carlos Mauricio Gonzalez Gaete REFUSE and I openly show myself AGAINST this "petition".

I DO NOT support this petition.
They have been very helpful with us and very friendly. At the age of 78 years old one of the gentelman spoke spanish very well, in fact he even politely corrected my wife on several spanish words and she has spoken spanish all her life.

I support this petition. Through their actions they do not value the Chilean language nor culture and therefore the people. This is a great hindrance to the growth of Chilean-Americans. Please find someone more supportive. Thank you
