Allow Any Breeds Of Dogs and Cats

We, the residents in HDB Flats strongly oppose the new law set by AVA which imposes higher penalty and controls all kidn of breeds of dogs and cats that cause more and more dog and cats abandoned.

The dogs and cats are the same as human and they deserve proper welfare. Otherwise the whole country will be full of stray dogs and cats. The law should be changed and allow more breeds of dogs and cats in HDB flats as long as it's under control.

The government should take into consideration to waive some income taxes so that the money can go into raising cats and dogs. We are sure this will work out well but we need to have many signatures to support this petition.
