We the tax payers have paid $45 BILLIONS to the Bank of America in hope to jumpstart our country's economy. Unfortunately and sadly, the bank has spent this money on executives salaries and luxurious jets and lifestyle!
Being the national bank, the Bank of America should do what it says instead of misspent our money. We need to recover our economy as fast as possible.
The even worst case is the bank is not paying the Workers' healthcare but still receiving more money from the states. Workers should be paid for the health care otherwise they should get their money back.

I support this petition. 2007 went in foreclosure Countrywide. Repayment plan 2/2/2008, BOFA returned payment 5/5/08 reason good on payments now inhouse modification. LIED several times, no contact. May 2009 hired atty. BOFA put me back in foreclosure June 2009. Hired 2 atty, 7 mediation still ongoing,modify refused 4x, 2010 Cleveland housing did nothing, lost my 17yr job National city 8/26/10. unempl 4/1/11. BOFA just give up my home. Last statement 10/17/11 from atty BOFA concern Mom dying her income not reliable. Documents to prove everything. ESOP 11/8/11 may not be able to help due to time lapse. Steel homes that will guarantee profit is BOFA recovery plan. I have docs to prove everything.

I support this petition. I feel that bank of america has not integrity. They have screwed over countless individuals and will continue to do so until the government steps in and holds them accountable. They need to pay back the millions they have taken advantage of.

I not only support this petition but our family plans to move 3 accounts to a Credit Union. Bank of America is a crook and should be treated as such. Someone should go to jail for what banks have done to this country!

I support this petition. You are making money in addition to charging monthly checking account fees, overdraft fees. I shouldn't have to be penalized because I choose to use my debit card for purchases when a BOA branch is no where around in order for me to get actual cash for purchases.
