I am starting this petition against AOL's unfair customer policy.
AOL is the worst Internet Service Provider in the U.S.! They promise virus-scanning but in fact they don't. Our IM chats are monitored and we cannot say anything we want on the IM! The technical support is useless because every time I call, they cannot solve my problems! Worst of all, they charge A LOT! It is charging me $29.99 for such slow internet connection!
I think they are scamming us, AOL should close down their business!!
We need as many signature as we can from the unhappy AOL customers!
